Get more progression out of your strength training with steel reinforced clothing

If strength athletes wrap cloth with a fine mesh of stainless steel fibre around their trained muscles they'll notice better results. This is the conclusion from research published in the Clinical Journal of Sport Medicine in 2000. The fine steel mesh, which consists of a mix of iron, nickel and chrome, is said to offer protection against high-frequency electromagnetic fields (HF EMF) thus enhancing muscle growth.

Farabloc is a fabric developed in 1978 by Frieder Kempe, a German/Canadian engineer. On the Farabloc website www.farabloc.com you can read about how Kempe developed his theory that high-frequency electromagnetic fields are harmful to the human body, in contrast to low-frequency EM fields.

Kempe's company manufactures fabric that can be wrapped around parts of the body, and items of clothing. They are primarily intended for people who suffer from painful scarring and have phantom pain as the result of a limb amputation. According to Kempe, this kind of pain is caused by HF-EMFs. His Farabloc products are not cheap: a long-sleeved jacket costs 775 dollars.

In their article in the Clinical Journal of Sport Medicine, the researchers describe an experiment that they did with twenty test subjects. The subjects, who did not do regular sport, had to do twenty sets of ten reps on the leg-extension machine. If you've never done this before you're likely to have muscle pain for weeks afterwards. Half of the group wore a Farabloc wrap around their leg muscles for the first five days after the training session, the others did not.

The upper two curves on the graph above show the subjects' strength recovery development. The lower two curves represent muscle pain over time. As you can see, the Farabloc wearers’ pain decreased more quickly and they also developed strength more quickly.

Wearing the Farabloc wraps round the legs reduced the levels of muscle pain biomarkers. The researchers found lower concentrations of creatine kinase and myoglobin (the upper curves in the graph below) in the test subjects that had used the Farabloc fabric.

Anti UFO hat
Myoglobin is a muscle protein that is released if muscles are damaged. Creatine kinase is an enzyme found in muscles. If it is detected in the blood, it's a sign that the muscle cells are in a bad way. The researchers believe that protecting the muscle cells from HF-EM radiation made the cell membranes stronger.

By the way, the research was financed by the Farabloc Development Corporation. But that doesn't necessarily mean you should automatically distrust the study. Of course not. The same technology has been successfully used in the anti-UFO hats that UFOlogist Michael Menkin thinks we should all be wearing. According to Menkin's website www.staopabductions.com they stop UFOnauts from controlling our thoughts.

If you're happy with your anti-UFO hat, why not consider Farabloc? Your muscles will grow like nobody's business. Really.
